The DeChamplain Group – A Year In Review & Looking Ahead

What a blessed year 2016 was….

We had the privilege of helping 30 families with their real estate moves. The wonderful part is that each family was a repeat client or a referral from our amazing clients.

Of course we had a lot of fun too! We had three big events in 2016 celebrating our clients. The first was our St. Patrick’s themed party at The Belching Beaver (PHOTOS). Our next event was the annual family bowling day in San Marcos (PHOTOS). Each year it gets more and more fun. Our last event of the year is near and dear to our hearts where the theme is always gratitude at our Pre-Thanksgiving Gratitude Party. This year we added live Brazilian music and a delicious dinner from Sabor de Vida Brazillian Grill (PHOTOS). We also joined the Movember foundation and are proud to announce that you helped us raise over $1000 dollars. Here is a short video of this awesome event – ENJOY!

2016 also brought us a new team member, Emilie Gaffney. Emilie is our dedicated Buyer’s agent with 12 years of sales and service experience – MEET THE TEAM.

In 2017…

We are looking forward to creating more rewarding real estate experiences for our clients, their friends and families. Spring of 2017 is going to be a terrific market for our buyers and sellers. We will keep you informed and up to date on the 2017 Market Trends with our monthly reporting from multiple sources.

It was an amazing experience having Jeff represent us as buyers because he was able to help our offer be accepted in a very competitive market after years of shopping. Jeff also found us a great tenant for our townhome that was essential for our budget.

After a year with two homes, we decided that we missed our simple life and our Cardiff townhome. After meeting with Jeff and explaining our situation, he was generous with his optimism and confident that he would be able to meet our financial goals to sell the single family home.
