When our father passed away suddenly in San Diego, my brother and I didn’t know what we would do with my Dad’s home in La Mesa.  Since we both live in New Jersey, it made the thought of selling his home more difficult.

We were introduced to Jeff by my Dad’s attorney, Nick Tonner who has worked with Jeff for several years.  Living 3,000 miles away, the process was overwhelming. But after meeting Jeff, I knew we were in great hands.  It was the answer to our prayers!  Jeff is a person of integrity and a true professional in every sense of the word.  He put us at ease and provided us with all the information we needed to make informed decisions, move forward and even make improvements in the house before putting it on the market.

During the renovation period, we got to know the team personally. They are a group of dedicated professionals who guided us through the project.  They kept us informed throughout the renovation by telephone, texts and e-mails with weekly photos of the progress. Laura DeBell helped with the clean out, design plan, staging of the house and was the Project Manager on the job and kept everything moving forward. She was my eyes and ears on the ground which was invaluable to me.  When I finally arrived at the home in November, the house was almost ready to go on the market.  Mark Pfeifer and his construction crew had done an amazing job transforming an old tired house into a fabulous brand new home inside and out, including the beautiful landscape work done by Alyssa Finley-Moore. Everything was far beyond my expectations.

The house sold within 30 days even though it was on the market during the Christmas/New Year’s holiday, much to my amazement.  The sale price was more than I expected and we doubled our investment that we made in the house.  Jeff and his team also guided us through the entire escrow process.  I don’t know what I would have done without Jennifer Lego, the Director of Marketing and Operations, who coordinated all the paperwork and constantly kept me informed through each stage in the entire project.

Carlsbad  – We were just about to sign a listing agreement with another realtor when we received a marketing piece in the mail from Jeff.
